The Stardom SohoRAID SR3000 is a low cost,
simple, reliable and highly dependable portable RAID storage solution. The
use of IDE hard disks signify the low cost and easy availability. In-built
hardware RAID engine ensures data reliability and integrity with minimum
resources needed from the host computer. Very simple to operate,
simply plug the SR3000 to any Firewire (IEEE1394) socket. That's it!
RAID level 1 ensures that your data is continuously backed up. In the
event of a hard disk failure the SR3000 ensures your data availability is uninterrupted.
You can keep on working! Faulty hard disk can be easily hot-swapped
and data rebuilt is fully automatic.
